The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Albuera, Leyte, has taken a significant step towards addressing its housing needs with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PREMIUMLANDS CORP. for a new housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
4PH Program is a national housing initiative that was launched in September 2022 under Pres. Bongbong Marcos administration. With its goal to launch one million residential units annually over the next six years, it aims to build a sustainable community and provide shelter to the Filipino people. Qualified beneficiaries will receive 5% interest support from the national government through the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development.
The MOA signing marks PLC’s first residential development under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH Program). The partnership between PREMIUMLANDS CORP. and the LGU of Albuera aims to provide long-term benefits to the residents of Albuera, meets the municipality’s growing housing needs, and stimulate local economic activity.
Following the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between PLC and the LGU of Albuera, construction for this project is set to begin in 2025. Further details about the timeline and specific components of the 4PH Project are expected to be unveiled in the coming months.
Memorandum of Understanding Signing Between Provincial Government of Bataan and PLC
PREMIUMLANDS Corp. and the Provincial Government of Bataan have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly undertake the construction and development of a housing project under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. The agreement was signed with the aim of transforming a proposed site located at Barangay Alas-Asin, Mariveles, Bataan, into a sustainable and eco-friendly residential community.
The collaboration focuses on turning the proposed site into a space that aligns with the vision of the 4PH Program, which is to build mass housing projects for Filipinos and seeks to address the housing backlog in the region.
With the support of the local government of Bataan, this MOU marks a big step towards turning the dream of building homes for the Filipinos into a reality for PREMIUMLANDS CORP.
