  • For the real estate operations, Kabalayan Team will provide training program for the franchisee
  • The franchisor shall be in-charged on the marketing and selling of the project
  • After project turnover, franchisee shall be in-charge of the day-to-day operations

​A typical franchise package includes:

Site Selection & Approval 

Franchisees shall identify location and viability of projects as well as identified markets.

Construction managed by the proponent’s team or an approved contractor 

Quality control and compliance with franchise standards 

 

Sales & Marketing 

Franchisee to benefit from national and local branding efforts 

Franchisor shall prepare sales and marketing plans and strategies

Digital and traditional marketing support 

 

Operations & Management 

Conduct technical studies, plan the project, secure permits, construct and turnover of project

  • Design of Precast Concrete Modular System (PCMS) Type of Structure including Architectural, Engineering and Technical Design for Socialized, 4PH and Economic Housing
  • Exclusive and Priority Supply of Precast Concrete Modular System (PCMS) including standard painting and finishing 
  • Project Planning & Construction Management 
  • Assist financial support for the bank or government institutions, if needed
  • Provides operational and permitting support including plans and drawings
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy Plan
  • Business support - feasibility studies, financial planning, and operational guidance.
