4PH - Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program
This is the national housing program of the Philippines. Launched in September 2022, it aims to provide affordable housing solutions for low-income families and aims for zero informal settlers by 2028. The program offers subsidized housing units with lower interest rates and manageable monthly payments, making homeownership more accessible.
Qualifications:
Filipino citizen
Legal age
Hindi pa naging recipient ng anumang housing project ng gobyerno o pribadong sektor
Active member ng Pag-IBIG at may 24 buwang hulog
Edad 65 years old pababa sa panahon ng pag-loan at ‘di hihigit sa 70 taong gulang kapag nag-mature ang loan
First-home homeowner
May endorsement mula sa LGU at Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)
Walang outstanding Pag-IBIG short-term loan
Walang foreclosed, cancelled o default na Pag-IBIG account
